Let’s take it easy! When you first receive your mat, lay it down on the bed and throw a thick shirt on. The shirt will protect your skin and the cushion of the bed will ease the pressure.

    1. Anything you can add into your daily routine to relief pain will make your body happy. Even if you might not be in pain at the time, balancing your body will help fight against pain in the future!

    I have suffered back pain for years. I have battled sciatica and had a discectomy which did bring some relief, however, I still suffer chronic lower back pain. I took a complementary health class in college when I was getting my bachelors degree in nursing. We discussed acupuncture and acupressure. We tried a few small experiments. I was fascinated! I would really be interested in trying this product. Great post, great information.

    1. It is portable and easy to use, I love it! There are a lot of mats, but I feel that AJNAMAT is the most effective. Chronic back pain is no joke! I have been finding different ways to deal with it, but AJNAMAT sure helps!
